Inequalities
- Need help with inequalities? This wiki-lesson will demonstrate how to use, solve, and graph linear inequalities, absolute value inequalitites, and quadratic inequalities.
- An inequality is a statement that a quantity is unequal, using the symbols <, >, <, >.
- As you will tell quickly, this wiki is quite simple to navigate. If you look to your right, you will see a sidebar marked TABLE OF CONTENTS. Under this title are all the links to the individual pages of the wiki, each with their own purpose.
- Each page will provide a quick review, a real-life problem, and the few simple steps to get the answers you need.
- Good luck!

- Before we start, you must know a few basic algebra skills, like PEMDAS, and how to set up a two-axis graph. If you need a quick refresher, www.purplemath.com is a great site for math help.
Also, using a graphing calculator like a TI-83 or TI-84 will help ALOT. If you don't have one of your own, ask a teacher if you can borrow one.
